Stephanie Riley is the owner of StayFIT Personal Training and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation field.
In 2020, Stephanie transitioned from healthcare to open StayFIT, using her rehab background to help people build confidence, move better, and connect with their bodies.
At StayFIT, every workout is designed around you — whether you’re an experienced athlete or brand new to exercise. Stephanie focuses on making fitness convenient and accessible, tailoring each session to your abilities, limitations, and goals.
You choose the training location: your home, a park, a gym, or a private space where you feel most comfortable. With no excuses and plenty of support, StayFIT is here to help you stay fit — not still.
My Story
My purpose for coaching is to encourage movement out of everyone, regardless of age, illness, injury, or fear. What motivates me is the idea that we can get stronger in preparation for aging. My favorite quote is "if you don't make time for exercise, you'll probably have to make time for illness". It's never too late to move your body. Fitness has always been a passion of mine. After working at in different rehab settings, I couldn't help but notice one thing- there was little out there on injury prevention. We were seeing people once the injury or illness has already happened. That's why StayFIT was created- to create a fitness plan and to feel your strongest and most healthiest self.
