Hi.
Stephanie Riley is the owner of StayFIT Personal Training and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation field.
In 2020, Stephanie transitioned from healthcare to open StayFIT, combining her rehab background with fitness to help individuals build confidence, move better, and reconnect with their bodies. Her approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and long-term fitness, ensuring exercise is both safe and effective.
At StayFIT, every workout is customized to the individual—whether you’re an experienced athlete or brand new to exercise. Stephanie prioritizes convenience and accessibility, tailoring each session to your abilities, limitations, and personal goals.
You choose the training location that feels best for you: your home, a park, a gym, or another private space. With expert guidance, accountability, and ongoing support, StayFIT is here to help you stay fit—not still.
My Story
My purpose as a coach is simple — to inspire movement in everyone, no matter your age, health history, injury, or fears. I believe in moving today to prepare for tomorrow, and my biggest motivator is knowing that we can all grow stronger as we age.
One of my favorite quotes is: “If you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness.” It’s never too late to start moving your body.
Fitness has always been my passion. While working in various rehabilitation settings, I noticed a gap — we often only saw people after injury or illness had already happened. There was very little focus on prevention.
That’s why I created StayFIT — to provide personalized fitness plans that help you feel strong, healthy, and confident, so you can live life on your terms.
